Why you don't have one already

You have hundreds of photos of your pet and hundreds of you. Almost none of the two of you. Someone has to hold the camera, your pet has to look at it at the same moment you do, and nobody's arm can be in the shot. It rarely happens.

How it works

You send one photo of you and one photo of your pet, taken separately. Stay makes a portrait of the two of you together in the look you pick, then checks that it still looks like both of you. If it isn't right, you get 2 free re-rolls. If it's still clearly not them, you get your money back within 14 days.

Picking photos

Clear faces matter more than anything else. For you: good light, face visible, no sunglasses. For your pet: their face in focus and their coat color easy to see. Old photos are fine. That's why people use Stay for pets who are getting older, or who never sat still long enough for a real photo shoot.

Every portrait comes with 2 free re-rolls. If it’s still clearly not them, ask for a refund within 14 days.

What happens to my photos?

We never store the photos you upload. Portraits you buy are kept for 12 months from purchase, then deleted. An order you don't pay for is deleted after 30 days.
