If a portrait you paid for is clearly not your pet (or not you), email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full, including any tax. Your purchase is sold through Link (Stripe's checkout service), so the refund and its receipt come from Link, and your card statement shows LINK.COM* STAYPHOTO. Try the 2 free re-rolls first: most misses are fixed by one.
Email hello@stayphoto.com with your portraits link so we can find your order. It is in the email we sent after your purchase. Lost it? Get it again at stayphoto.com/find. Because we never store your uploaded photos, we may ask you to send the photos again if it is not obvious what went wrong.
Requests after 14 days, or because you changed your mind about a portrait that does look like them. Every look shows real examples before you pay, so you know the style you are buying.
