One photo of your pet. It doesn't need to be a good photo; it needs to show their face clearly. Daylight helps. Every portrait is checked to make sure it still looks like them.

Questions
Can I change the backdrop color?
Not yet. This look is always a deep teal backdrop with a spotlight.
Can I add myself?
Yes. Any of the looks with you in them, like the window seat, use one photo of you as well.
What does it cost?
$19 once for one portrait, $29 for two, $33 for three. No subscription.
What if it doesn’t look right?
Every portrait comes with 2 free re-rolls. If it’s still clearly not them, ask for a refund within 14 days.
What happens to my photos?
We never store the photos you upload. Portraits you buy are kept for 12 months from purchase, then deleted. An order you don't pay for is deleted after 30 days.
