Plain version. No legalese we don't mean.
Stay makes AI portraits of you and your pet from two photos you upload. The portraits are made by an AI image model. They are not hand-painted or photographed, and they are not a real photo of a real moment.
We check every portrait for likeness before you see it, but it is still an AI model and it can get details wrong: markings, colours, ears, faces. That is what the 2 free re-rolls per portrait, and our refund promise, are for.
You must be 18 or older to use Stay. Stay is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Upload only photos you have permission to use. Use one clearly visible person and one pet. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed, or photos of children you are not the parent or guardian of. Do not use Stay to make misleading or harmful content.
You pay once, before your portraits are made: $19 for one, $29 for two, $33 for three. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Each portrait is made right after payment, full size and without a watermark, with 2 free re-rolls. See Refunds.
Paid portraits and their gift links are kept for 12 months from purchase, then deleted, so download the ones you want. Unpaid previews and orders are deleted after 30 days. Once unlocked, you may use them for personal purposes, including printing and sharing. Gift links are private links; anyone with the link can open the gift.
